扬州老城区建筑节能改造方案

Reconstruction Scheme of Energy Saving for the Old Town of Yangzhou

针对历史名城扬州老城区建筑进行节能改造,提出了改造原则、实施方案,分析了节能的社会收益、经济效益,有效降低成本并保持传统建筑历史文化风貌。该方案不局限于扬州老城区,也可推广于全国相类似老城区的改造。老城区建筑的改造提升与利用,应避免"大拆大建"的开发模式,最大程度地利用现有的土地与建筑资源,实现"建筑节能减排及可持续发展"的目标。

This paper presents the reconstruction principle and implementation plan of carrying out energy efficient retrofit on the buildings in the old town of historic city of Yangzhou. Meanwhile,it analyses the social and economic benefits of energy saving reconstruction,which can both effectively reduce costs and maintain the historical and cultural features of traditional architecture. The above scheme is not only fit for the old town of Yangzhou,but also can be extended to the similar transformation of old towns throughout the country. The paper summarizes that the reconstruction and utilization of the buildings in the old town can avoid the development mode of 'destroy and build'and make full use of the current land and architecture resources,achieving the goal of building energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development.
