摘要
试验选择出生日龄相近、健康、体重约25 kg的太蕨猪(太湖猪×蕨麻猪)和巴蕨猪(巴克夏×蕨麻猪)去势公猪各20头,测定其体尺、生长性能、胴体品质及肉质,以筛选出适合生产需要的杂交组合。结果表明,在2月龄、4月龄、6月龄巴蕨猪体高和体长指标均显著高于太蕨猪,胸围、腹围、胸深、管围两品种间差异不显著;与太蕨猪相比,巴蕨猪日增重显著提高18.64%,料重比显著降低11.40%,眼肌面积极显著高71.66%,瘦肉率显著高12.68个百分点,剪切力显著降低18.71%;但是太蕨猪肉色优于巴蕨猪。综合比较发现,巴克夏猪与蕨麻猪杂交在生长性能和肉质性状等指标的改良效果均优于太湖猪与蕨麻猪杂交,本试验条件下巴克夏猪与蕨麻猪的杂交组合更适合实际生产需要。
A total of 20 ovariectomized boars Taijue pigs(Taihu pig × Juema pig) and Bajue pigs(Berkshire ×Juema pig) were selected to measure their body size, growth performance, carcass quality and meat quality. In order to screen the cross combination suitable for production needs. The results showed that Bajue pig in body height and body length was significantly higher than Taijue pig and between the two breeds at the age of 2 months, 4 months and 6 months compared with the two breeds the chest circumference, abdominal circumference, chest depth and tube circumference was no significant.Compared with Taijue pig,the daily gain of Bajue pig were significantly higher 18.64%, the ratio of feed to weight was significantly lower 11.40%. The area of the eye muscle is extremely higher 71.66%.The lean meat percentage was significantly higher by 12.68 percentage points,the shear stress was significantly decreased by 18.71 percent, but the color of Taijue pork was better than that of Bajue pig.It was found that the improvement of growth performance and meat quality of Berkshire and Juema pig was better than the Taihu pig and Juema pig.
