摘要
本文应用刮膜式分子蒸馏装置对α-亚麻酸的提纯进行了研究。考察了蒸馏温度、系统压力、进料速率、进料温度、刮膜器转速等操作因素对α-亚麻酸产品纯度与收率的影响。得出了刮膜式分子蒸馏技术提纯α-亚麻酸的工艺条件。试验采用多级操作方式,蒸馏温度90℃~105℃;操作压力0 3Pa~1 8Pa;进料温度60℃;进料速率90mL h~100mL h;刮膜器转速150r min。经过四级分子蒸馏,可以将原料中的α-亚麻酸由原来的67 5%提纯至82 3%。
The technology of refining α-linolenic acid by wiped film molecular distillation has been studied.The effect of the operating parameters,such as:the distillation temperature,the system pressure,the feed rate,and the agitating speed were studied on the purity and yield of α-linolenic acid.The experiment is carried out by multistage molecular distillation.The appropriate process condition for the purification of α-linolenic by molecular distillation is:distillation temperature 90℃~105℃,system pressure 03Pa~18Pa,feed temperature 60℃,feed rate 90mL/h~100mL/h,and agitating speed 150r/min.The purity of α-linolenic can be purified from 675% to 823% by 4 stages molecular distillation.
