摘要
采用激光法测定了6-氨基青霉烷酸(简称6APA)在不同温度、溶液pH值、离子强度、混合溶剂体系以及杂质条件下的水溶液溶解度数据,同时考察并得到了不同温度、初始溶液浓度、盐酸流加速度以及晶种加入量条件下的6APA反应结晶介稳区数据。这将为6APA的工艺试验和过程设计放大提供基础数据。
In this paper,the crystallization thermodynamic data,solubility and metastable zone width of 6-aminopenicillanic acid(6APA) were measured by using laser method.The solubility of 6APA was measured under the different temperatures,pH levels,mixed solvents,ionic strength and impurities.The data of metastable zone width of 6APA in aqueous solutions were obtained under the conditions of acid addition rates,initial concentrations of 6APA,temperatures and seed loading.The fundamental data would be key data for industrial design of 6APA production.
