摘要
日本的大学进入了一个竞争和淘汰的时代。大学开始从“知识的共同体”向管理运营专门化、集权化的“知识的企业体”化方向发展。但为了保证大学的创造性和特殊的社会使命 ,在构建大学管理运行组织时有必要实现与大学共同体性的共存。
Japan is entry in to the era of competition and eliminate through selections. The university began to develop from 'the community of knowledge' to 'the corporate body of knowledge' which included the centralized management and state of power. But in order to assure the creativity and special social mission, it is necessary to combine the establishment of university management and the corporate body of knowledge.
