摘要
市场势力是对电力供应稀缺程度的反映。由于电力生产自身的特殊性,使得市场势力在电力市场中的作用程度不仅受市场结构、市场规则等经济因素影响,同时也受电力系统技术特性的限制。通过最优潮流OPF(OptimalPowerFlow)建立市场模型,对不同的输电线路传输容量限制、负荷水平和策略报价等几个方面对市场势力的作用情况作了研究,并提出了一些相应的控制措施。
An overview analysis of market power issues is carried out,which reflects the scarcity of power supply and is influenced by the economic factors of market structure and rules.On an OPF(Optimal Power Flow)market model,some cases,including different line limit level,load level and bid strategy,are studied and some control measures are presented.
