CEPA对深圳经济金融的影响与深圳市分行的对策思考

Impact of CEPA on Shenzhen's Economy and Finance and Countermeasures by Shenzhen Branch of ICBC

CEPA的签署及于2004年1月1日的正式实施,为深港金融业实现更高层次的发展提供了历史性的机遇,为大珠江三角自由经济圈的形成与突破以及深港金融的同城化准备了重要的基础制度条件。本文在全面分析CEPA对深圳宏观经济、金融业及银行市场影响的基础上,针对工商银行深圳市分行的实际情况,提出了加强与工银亚洲、澳门分行及广东省分行的跨域合作,实现优势互补,分享CEPA商机;加快业务、资产和客户结构调整,尽快解决不良资产问题,各项指标先期达到上市要求;研究深圳各区域市场的差异性,实施各支行分区域经营等对策措施。

The signing of CEPA that comes into force as of January1,2004provides a historical opportunity to financial industry in Shen-zhen and HongKong to develop at a higher level and makes an important and basic system preparation for the formation and breakthrough of Grand Pearl River Delta Free Economic Ring and for financial assimilation between Shenzhen and HongKong.By analyzing the impact of CEPA on the macro-economy,finance and banking market in Shenzhen and considering the practical conditions of Shenzhen Branch,ICBC,this paper proposes to tighten trans-regional cooperation between branches of ICBC in Asia,Macao and Guangdong Province for the purpose of having complementary advantage and sharing business opportunities brought by CEPA;to accelerate adjustment of business,assets and customer structures for an early solution of non-performing assets so as to qualify as a public company ahead of time;and study different regional markets in Shenzhen so that the local branches can take appropriate countermeasures.
