变频调速技术在F2大电机中的应用

摘要 介绍了变频调速技术在宝钢2050热轧F2大电机改造中的具体应用。针对原宝钢2050热轧F2大电机系统存在的主要问题,将原F2大电机由二台5000kW直流机改造成一台12000kW交流同步电机,整流装置改造成变频器,直流模拟控制系统改造成全数字化控制系统。经过一年多的生产实践,电机能力提高1.2倍,维护量减少75%,精度大幅度提高,可靠性得以增强,满足了宝钢生产高难度管线钢和轧制薄规格产品的要求,为宝钢达到技术先进产品创优的目标奠定了基础。 The application of converter technology in F2 generator of Baosteel 2050 hot rolling mill is introduced. Considering the main problems led to frenquent accidents of F2 generator in recent years, two 5 000 kW DC motors are revamped into one 12000 kW AC synchronizer motor, the original rectiformer revamped into converter with the new power supply transformer, the original simulating drive control system is revamped into digital control system as well. After the practice for more than one year, the capacity of the new motor increased 1.2 times, the maintenances decreased 75 percent, the precision and reliability improved highly. After the revamping project, it is satisfactory the requirement for Baosteel rolling the high difficult specification such as pipeline steel and thin specification steel. This revamping project create the foundation for Baosteel reaching the target of the latest new technology products.
