摘要
目的 :确定三七叶皂苷滴丸的成型工艺。方法 :采用正交试验法研究成型的较优工艺条件。结果 :工艺条件是 :聚乙二醇 4 0 0 0 :三七叶皂苷 10 :1,充分搅拌混匀 ,加入已过 4 0目筛的冰片 (追加到 2 % ) ,搅拌使熔化。药料通过 2 .0mm/2 .6mm(内径 /外径 )的滴头以 2 0滴·min-1的速度恒速滴入 10℃的液状石蜡中。结论 :上述实验结果可为三七叶皂苷滴丸成型工艺的确定提供实验依据。
Objective: To ascertain the shaping operation of sinchinoside dropping pills. Methods : Orthogonal design was applied to optimize the operation of sinchinoside pills. Results : 10 parts of PEG4000 part of sinchinoside was added, completely stired and then adding up to 2% amount of borneol which was shieved through 40 mesh sieve, melting them at temperature 80℃ and dropping the pills into the liquid paraffin (10℃) at the constant rate of 20 drops per minute. The diameter (external/internal) of the dropping tip is 2.0mm/2.6mm. Conclusion : The experimental results provide the basis for the ascertainment of shaping operation of sinchinoside dropping pills at the manufacturing scale.
