摘要
为了满足ISO17025《校准和检测实验室能力的通用要求》的要求,必须评定互感器检测结果的不确定度。本文给出了互感器检测过程中的不确定度分析与评定方法,将测量不确定度分为A类和B类分别分析,然后计算合成不确定度和自由度,明确了置信区间。实际应用中,计算值与测量结果相符。
According to ISO17025general requirements for the competence of calibration and testing laboratories,we must assess the uncertainty in detecting the transformers.The method of analysis and evaluation the uncertainty is discussed in the paper.It's classifying the uncertainty to A sort and B sort,analysing them respectively,and calculating the com-positive uncertainty and the degree of freedom,defining the confidence interval.In prac-tice,the calculate value is tally with the measure result.
