摘要
测量了 Er^(3+)离子在不同基质中的荧光光谱和吸收光谱。对荧光峰值波长的移动、荧光寿命的变化及对Er^(3+)离子的敏化进行了讨论。已获得了 Er:Yb:Cr:玻璃(λ=1.54μm)及 Er^(3+):YAG(λ=2.94μm)的脉冲激光输出能量分别为3.5J 和1.2J。
The fluorescence and absorption spectra of Er^(3+) ions in various crystals weremeasured.The absorption spectral lines are very abundant(from 0.2 to 1.53um)and the absorption coefficient increases with the increase of Er^(3+) ion concentration.The Er^(3+) ions have 5 excited state levels(~4I_(13/2') ~4I_(11/2') ~4I_(9/2') ~4F_(9/2') and ~4S_(3/2)),andveery energy Level has a few lasering channels.The shift of fluorescence peak wa-velength,the change of fluorescence lifetime and the sensibilization of Er^(3+) werediscussed.3.5J pulse laser output of Er:Yb:Cr:glass at 1.54μm and 1.2J pulselaser output of Er:YAG crystal at 2.94μm were obtained.
