摘要
以三种化学方法制得 ZrO(OH)_2,用热分析和 XRD 分析研究了从 ZrO(OH)_2(?)ZrO_2(t)(?)ZrO_2(t)+ZrO_2(m)的相变过程。其中从氢氧化锆转变为氧化锆的相变活化能为238.4kJ/mol。X 射线线宽法,TEM 以及相应煅烧温度下表面活性的测试结果表明,随着煅烧温度升高,ZrO_2粉料颗粒逐渐长大,相应的表面活性降低。比较不同制备方法所得 Y-TZP 粉料,经乙醇清洗后的粉料含有较少的团聚体,较高表面活性。
Three different methods were developed for the preparation of ZrO(OH)_2 pow-ders.With DTA and X-Ray spectra,phase transformation processes,which werecarried out from ZrO(OH)_2(amorphous)to ZrO_2(t)at 450℃ and then to ZrO_2(t)+ZrO_2(m) in the range of 450~750℃,Were analyzed.The activation energy ofthe phase transformation from amorphous ZrO(OH)_2 to ZrO_2(t) is 238.4kJ/mol.By X-Ray diffractionline broadening,TEM and surface activity measurement,characteristics of Y-TZP powders were studied.The results illustrated:with the in-crease of temperature,the particle size increased while the surface activity decreased.After having compared three different kinds of powders,we can find those po-wders,washed by alcohol,have high surface activities and less agglomerates.
