摘要
目的对原发性胆囊癌进行漏诊分析,提高早期诊断率。方法29例胆囊炎、胆囊结石患者均经手术与病理证实为原发性胆囊癌,对其声像特征进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例声像图特征为:胆囊壁增厚型9例;胆囊炎、胆囊结石充满型11例;胆囊增大型7例;较典型的胆囊炎、胆囊结石型2例。结论加强对胆囊炎、胆囊结石合并胆囊癌的认识,提高早期诊断率。
Objective TO improve the accuracy of ultrasound(US)during early diagnosis of the primary gallbladder carcinoma (PGC).Methods USfindings ofPGCin29cases whichwa s misdiagnosedas cholecystitis and gallstone were analyzedretrospect ively andwere demonstrat-ed surgically and pathologically.Redults Ultrasonographic features of PGC we re as follow:gallbladder wall thickenings were f ound in 9cases,full -shape cholecystitis and galls tone in 11,gallbladder enlargement in 7,typical cholecystitis and gallstone in 2cases.Conclusion If only to understand carefully the US findings of PGC associated with cholecystit is and gallstone,the accuracy of early diagnosis will be improved.[
