摘要
用粉煤灰、钢渣和煤矸石三种工业废渣为主要原料制备了具有可切削性能的微晶玻璃。采用 SEM、XRD和 DTA 观察和分析了微晶玻璃的显微结构;测量了微晶玻璃的物理性能。结果表明,晶化处理前玻璃中已有霞石和堇青石微晶相析出;处理后玻璃中只存在含钠和钙的金云母晶相。许多微小气泡的存在是微晶玻璃容重低的主要原因。
A machinable glass-ceramics was made from industrial slags,fly ash,steel slagand gangue as main raw materials.The microstructure of the glass-ceramics was re-searched by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and differential ther-mal analyzer.Results indicate that there are nepheline and iolite microcrystals in theglass-ceramics before crystallization treatment,and only sodium and calcium phlogo-pite sexist after the crystallization treatment.The lower volume weight is attributedto a large number of micro bubbles in the glass-ceramics.
