22例颅内钙化性病变的CT分析

CT analysis of intracranial calcification in 22 cases

目的探讨CT对颅内钙化性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了22例经临床或病理证实的颅内钙化性病变的CT表现。结果甲状旁腺机能减退症3例,结节性硬化1例,少突胶质细胞瘤1例,颅咽管瘤3例,脑膜瘤5例,松果体细胞瘤1例,海绵状血管瘤3例,硬膜外血肿5例。其中甲状旁腺机能减退症表现为颅内多发对称性钙化,结节性硬化表现为侧脑室室管膜下多发结节样钙化,其余病例表现为瘤灶内不同形态的钙化。结论CT对颅内钙化性病变的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To evaluate the role of CT in the diagnosis of intracranial calcification.Methods CT images of 22 patients with clinically or pathologically proved intracranial calcification were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 22 patients, hypoparathyroidism was found in 3 cases,meningioma in 5,nodular sclerosis in 1, oligodendroglioma in 1, craniopharyngioma in 3, pinealocytoma in 1,angiocavernoma in 3,and epidural hematom a in 5.The first of them displayed multiple and symmetrical calcification,the second of them displayed multiple nodus calcification under the ependyma in lateral ventricle,and the others displayeal different shapes of calcification within tumor.Conclusion CT is very useful to diagnose intracranial calcification.
