三种吸热材料和组合式全玻璃真空管集热器的研制

摘要 本文介绍了三种吸热材料(涂层或薄膜)的组成、工艺、性能及由这三种材料制成的低、中、高温全玻璃真空集热管,其中低温集热管以黑玻璃作吸热材料和结构材料,具有性能好、价格低、寿命长的优点。以上述三种真空集热管最佳配比构成的组合式全玻璃真空管集热器,其集热性能优于国外同类产品。在实际应用中可二级组合也可三级组合,具有很好的应用参考价值。 The compositions,processings,and properties of three kinds of thermal absorp-tion materials are introduced together with the thermal collectors with all glass com-bination tubes evacuated and coated with these materials to be used at low,middleand high temperatures respectively.The low temperature collection tube with blackgiass as absorption material,has the advantages of better properties,lower cost andlonger tife-time.Furthermore,The properties of these collectors,coated with suchmaterials and designed in optimum combination,are superior to those of similar for-eign products.Both two stage and three stage combinations of such tubes can be ap-plied in practical use,and show that they are very valuable in applications.
