摘要 对桥丝式电火工品的检测 ,一般采用一次性的抽样发火检测 ,这样的破坏性检测耗费极大 ,而且又不十分可靠。本文介绍一种以ADμC81 2单片机为控制核心 ,采用热瞬态测试理论检测桥丝式电火工品的无损检测系统。实践证明 ,该无损检测仪可对桥丝式电火工品进行快速、安全、可靠、实时的完全无损检测。 To examine the electrical explosive devices(EED),destructive sample of ignition inspections are generally used. Expense of these destructive inspections are very large,and also is not very reliable. This paper introduced nondestructive measuremental system which is based on the principle of thermal transient test theory to measure the performance of electrical explosive device with bridgewire interface,and controlled by the ADμC812 single chip microcomputer. The practice shows that the nondestructive measuremental instrument can be used as test tool for the electrical explosive device with bridgewire interface,which is fast、safe、reliable and real time for the EED tested.
