摘要
研究了钛含量对中碳硼钢奥氏体晶粒度及晶粒粗化温度的影响。结果表明,有效钛含量W(Ti)_e是决定试验用钢奥氏体晶粒度及晶粒粗化温度的主要参数。随W(Ti)_e增加,试验用钢的奥氏体晶粒尺寸减小,晶粒粗化温度提高。当W(Ti)_e>0.031%时,试验用钢的奥氏体本质晶粒度可达7级以上,晶粒粗化温度提高到980℃以上。
The Influences of Ti content on austenite gain size and grain coarsening temperature in medium-carbon boron steel have been investigated. The results show that effective titanium content ω(Ti)e is the main parameter for controlling the austenite gain size and the grain coarsening temperature of the steel. With the increase of ω(Ti)e content, the austenite gain size decreases and the grain coarsening temperature of the steel rises. When ω(Ti)e content is more than 0.031%, the austenite inherent gain size and the grain coarsening temperature of the steel could be up to grade 7 and 980℃ respectively.
