摘要
对低碳Mn-B贝氏体钢制前轴进行疲劳性能、热加工工艺和装车考核等试验。结果表明,低碳Mn-B贝氏体钢制造汽车前轴能降低生产成本,可代替42CrMo调质钢。
Experiments on the fatigue properties , hot working technology and assembled truck verification of the front axle made of low carbon Mn-B bainitic steel have been performed. Results of these experiments prove that the automotive front axle made of low carbon Mn-B bainitic steel can not only decrease production cost, but also replace the front axle made of the quenched and tempered steel 42CrMo.
