摘要
主要研究用并联机床加工整体式船用螺旋桨的技术以及用CAD/CAM系统进行螺旋桨辅助加工的方法。研究了并联机床加工螺旋桨的工艺方案 ,提出了加工螺旋桨的并串联多轴数控加工系统 ,分析了螺旋桨数控加工的工艺过程 ;介绍了在UG/CAM环境下进行螺旋桨加工的刀具轨迹编程和用Vericut加工仿真系统进行加工仿真的方法和过程 ;并进行加工实验。用于加工螺旋桨的并联机床具有结构简单 ,造价低和占地面积小等优点 ,具有广泛的应用价值和发展前景。
Techniques of manufacturing integral marine propellers by Parallel Kinematics Machine(PKM) and CAM techniques for machining propellers by CAD/CAM systems are discussed in this paper.Firstly,the technological scheme for machining propellers by PKM is studied,the multi axis parallel serial machine tool for machining propellers is proposed,and the technological process of machining propellers by PKM is discussed.Secondly,complete CAD/CAM steps for manufacturing propellers using UG CAD/CAM module are presented,and Vericut is adoptedboth to simulate the tool paths generated by UG/CAM and check the interferences.Atlast,NC postprocessor for PKM based on UG/Post is invoked in UG/CAM and converts the tool path data into NC program to drive the PKM.Also machining experiments are performed.Compared with traditional multi axis machine tools for machining propellers,PKM for machining propellers have many advantages such as simple structure,cheap and small size.Not only does it put forward a new scheme and machine to manufacture marine propellers,but also can push the industrialization and practicality of PKM.
