摘要
考虑温度对金属材料热物理性能的影响 ,建立了地铁制动电阻片的材料模型及非线性瞬态温度场的有限元分析模型。在有限元分析模型中引入了牛顿迭代法 ,以使每一时间步长的末端温度满足某一限制条件而平衡收敛。通过计算结果分析 ,提出了降低电阻片表面温度的方法。
Material model of subway brake resistance chips and FEM analysis model of nonlinear transient temperature field were established by considering the influence of the temperature on thermal physical property parameters of the metal material.Newton Raphson method was introduced into the FEM analysis model in order to ensure that the solution of each iterative step would converge by means of satisfying some restrictive condition.Methods to reduce temperature of the resistance chips were put forward by analysis of the computation result.
