摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18色谱柱,用紫外检测器对长川霉素原药进行了定量分析.该方法简单、快速、准确,标准偏差为0.274,变异系数为0.291%,回收率为99.24%～100.75%;线性相关系数为0.9993.
A HPLC method was developed for quantiative determination of Changchuanmeisu by using C18 column and UV detector. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.274, the coefficient of variation was 0.291%, and the recovery was 99.24%～100.75%, linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993.
