摘要
本文叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱法即以甲醇+水为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器分离测定三唑磷的方法。结果表明,三唑磷的标准偏差为0.3076;变异系数为0.3853%:平均回收率为99.58%;线性相关系数为0.9997。
It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of triazophos by reverse phase HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase, using C18 column and ultraviolet detector. The results showed that the standard deviation for triazophos are 0.3076, the variation coefficient are 0.3853%, the average recovery are 99.58%, liner correlation are 0.9997.
