SrTiO_3∶Cr单晶EPR波谱的退火效应

摘要 由熔体法在中性还原气氛中生长出 SrTiO_3∶Cr 单晶.对生成态晶体及退火晶体进行了室温电子顺磁共振波谱测量,获得了不同强度的 Cr^(3+)的 EPR 波谱.由双标样法求得各样品的 g 因子均为1.97753±0.00007,超精细耦合常数均为0.00164cm^(-1),并由自旋浓度的测定,定量地求出了各样品中Cr^(3+)的重量百分比浓度. SrTiO_3:Cr single crystal was grown in neutral reduction atmosphere by melt method.Theme(?)urements of electron spin resonance were taken for as-grown and annealed samples andsome EPR wave spectra of different intensities were obtained.The g-factors of all samples werecalculated by double standard sample method and equal to 1.97753±0.00007 and the hyper-fine coupling constants equal to 0.00164cm^(-1).The weight percent concentrations of Cr^(3+) inall samples were obtained quantitatively by the measurement of spin concentration.
