摘要
本文利用 TEM、DTA、TG、IRS 等实验分析手段,研究了氧氯化锆溶液在密闭容器中恒沸后获得的水解产物的特性.结果表明,获得的水解产物中存在着一定数量的结构水;初始氧氯化锆溶液浓度不同,获得的水解产物结构也是有所区别的,浓度愈高,产物的结晶完整性愈差:从热失重曲线上近似地估算了产物结构中 OH^-的含量,其结果是 ZrO_2∶OH^-=1∶1(摩尔比).
In this paper,the characterization of the hydrolysis products prepared from ZrOCl_2 so-lution in a hermitical system under boiling condition has been studied by the experimentaltechniques such as TEM,DTA,TG and IRS.The results show that there existed a definiteamount of OH^- groups in the structure of the so-obtained hydrolysis product.The differenceof the initial concentration of ZrOCl_2 solution results in the difference of the as-made hydrolysisproduct in structure.The higher the concentration,the worse the crystallization perfection.The quantity of OH^- groups in hydrolysis product has also been estimated approximately fromTG curves.The result is ZrO_2:OH^-=1:1.
