摘要
以 X 射线衍射谱研究了某种硅灰石型炉渣微晶玻璃.观察了晶化温度和时间对晶化的影响.结果表明:晶化过程的初期可以用 Johnson-Mehl 动力学方程来描写,并计算了复合激活能 E 和参数 m.还发现晶化过程中,随着在880℃保温时间的增加,发生从 Ca_2SiO_2F_2相向枪晶石相的相变.
A wollastonite type slag sitalls has been studied by means of X-ray diffraction.The effectof temperature and time on crystallization was investigated.The results indicate that the initialstage crystallzation process can be well described by Johnson-Mehl kinetic equation,and thecomplex activation energy of crystallization E and parameter m were obtained.It is also foundthat when sample was maintained at 880℃,phase transition from Ca_2SiO_2F_2 to cuspidineoccurred.
