摘要
介绍了使用减定径机的安钢高速线材轧机的工艺特点及在生产管理、轧机调整、产品精度控制等方面的经验。采用减定径机后 ,日历作业率由 5 6 %提高至约 80 % ,月产量由 2 9万t提高至 4 7万t。
Technology characteristics and some experience,such as production management,mill adjustment and product precision control,etc.of high-speed wire rod mill of using reducing sizing mill were introduced.By using reducing sizing mill,the operating rate per day is increased from 56% to 80%,and the output per month is increased from 29 thousands tons to 47 thousands tons.
