摘要
应用给定换热器结构材料而使换热量最大的两侧换热表面的最佳匹配准则和使可用能损失率最小的最佳运行参数准则。利用两个准则间的关系 ,采用迭代的方式完成换热器的优化设计 ,使换热器的设计达到材料省、换热效果好及运行费用低的目的 ,且能在设计阶段实现。
An Optimal design Method of fined plate heat exchanger has been given, in which the structural characteristics and performances of fluid flow and heat transfer have been considered comprehensively. In order to achieve the optimal match relationship of the design work, the optimal match relationship between the ratio of heat-transfer surfaces and the ratio of convective heat-transfer coefficients has been derived under the condition of the maximum heat transfer flow for given heat exchange area, and the optimal flow parameters ( Re_ opt ) relative to structure size, heat flux and physical properties, have been obtained by analyzing the usable energy loss rate of the fluid-flow and heat-transfer processes of the exchanger. Then the optimal design can be executed by the linkage of above two relationships and by the utilization of iterative data. Therefore the Synthetic performance optimization for considering the structure size, fluid flow and heat transfer can be completed in the design stage of the plate heat exchanger by the new design method.
