摘要
以硝酸钴为原料 ,尿素为沉淀剂 ,聚乙二醇分散剂掺杂 ,采用均匀沉淀法制备纳米Co3O4 。高分子分散剂聚乙二醇 ( 10 0 0 )的加入在反应和煅烧中可减少纳米粒子的团聚。制备的条件为 :硝酸钴的浓度为 0 .5mol·L- 1 ,尿素与硝酸钴的摩尔比为 4∶1,聚乙二醇 ( 10 0 0 )的用量为5 0g·L- 1 ,反应时间 3~ 4h ,反应温度 10 0℃ ,煅烧温度 3 5 0℃。制备得到直径为 14nm ,长度为 0 .2 8μm的球链状纳米Co3O4 。
The nanometer Co 3O 4 was prepared with homogeneous precipitation method by using Co(NO 3) 2·6H 2O as raw material, urea as precipitating agent, and PEG as dispersant. Conglomeration of particles was prevented by adding polymer dispersant (PEG). According to experimental results, when the concentration of Co(NO 3) 2·6H 2O is 0.5 mol·L -1 , molar ratio of CO(NH 2) 2 and Co(NO 3) 2·6H 2O is 4∶1, reaction time is 3 to 4 h, reaction temperature is 100 ℃, calcining temperature is 350 ℃, and the dose of PEG1000 was 50 g·L -1 , Co 3O 4 with diameter of 14 nm and length of 0.28 μm can be obtained.
