摘要
目的 观察当归对博莱霉素 (bleomycin ,BLM )致大鼠肺间质纤维化模型的治疗作用。方法 大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、当归Ⅰ组、当归Ⅱ组。按BLM 5mg·kg- 1 体重复制大鼠肺纤维化模型 ,2 4h后给药 ,于 7、1 4、2 8d观察肺间质纤维化形成的病理变化和肺匀浆中谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、透明质酸 (HA)的含量变化。结果 与模型组比较 ,当归组病理改变与模型组表现一致 ,但较模型组减轻 ,且肺泡体密度、肺血管体密度增加 ,肺间质体密度减少 (P <0 0 1 ) ;肺组织匀浆GSH含量明显增高 ,HA含量降低 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 当归能减慢肺间质纤维化的进程 。
AIM To observe the effect of Angelica Sinensis on bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats. METHODS Seventy two SD rats in good conditions were divided into four groups at random:control group,model group,Angelica Sinensis group one and two. On the experiment day(d 0),the rats were intratracheally instilled with bleomycin(5 mg·kg -1 body weight),and then treated with angelica sinensis 100 mg·kg -1 and 200 mg·kg -1 until they were killed. On d 7,14,28 after instillation ,six rats of each group were sacrified and the lungs were harvested for histopathological examination and determinations of GSH and HA. RESULTS Volume proportion of alveolar air and capillary increased and volume proportion of interstitial decreased in angelica sinensis groups compared with BLM group( P< 0 01). The content of GSH in lung tissue increased significantly( P< 0 01), while the content of HA decreased in angelica sinensis groups compared with BLM group( P< 0 01).CONCLUSION Angelica sinensis may alleviate the process of rat pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin and has therapy effect on pulmonary fibrosis in rats in early period.
