摘要
先对国内冷杉属植物研究作了概要性介绍 ,继后从形态学水平、染色体水平、酶水平以及最新的DNA分子标记等水平上介绍了国外在冷杉属植物遗传多样性上的研究状况 ,据此 ,针对目前冷杉属植物遗传多样性研究存在的问题提出了今后的研究方向。
The research works which were conducted on Abies relevant to morphological characteristics, chromosome, enzyme and DNA mark were reviewed. Aiming at the existing problems in genetic diversity research field, some ideas are proposed for the direction and orientation of future study.
