摘要
通过对某钼矿石进行试验研究,结果表明,采用两段磨矿工艺流程,用水玻璃分散矿泥,用石灰和氰化物抑制黄铁矿等硫化物,煤油作为捕收剂较适宜浮选该矿石。试验指标如下:原矿含钼0.432%,钼精矿品位为45.51%;钼回收率为82.17%。
Through experimental studying on some Mo ores,the results show that adopting two stage grinding flowsheet,using sodium silicate to disper slime,using lime and cyanides to restrain pyrite ect sulphide,using kerosene as collectors are suit for floating this ores.Experimental result as follow:head grade of Mo is 0.432%,Mo in concentrate grade is 45.51%,the revercy of Mo is 82.17%.
