摘要
根据能量平衡原理,建立了基于预热燃烧风富氧下铜精炼阳极炉液化石油气(LPG)流量数学模型,并根据不同的预热燃烧风温度和富氧浓度对铜精炼阳极炉还原期LPG流量数学模型进行计算。结果表明:随着燃烧风预热温度增加和富氧浓度的提高,铜精炼阳极炉还原期LPG流量减少趋势十分明显,节能效果显著。此外,给出了一些合理化建议,有利于铜精炼阳极炉还原期节能效果进一步提高。
A mathematical model of LPG flux about rotary anode furnace in copper refining based on warmup burning air with high oxygen percentage was established based on principle of energy balance. The value of LPG flux about deoxidation period of rotary anode furnace in copper refining was calculated by using the model. The results showed that reducing trend of LPG flux about deoxidation period of rotary anode furnace in copper refining was quite obvious its saving energy was remarkable with the increase of temperature and the amouts of oxygen of warmup burning air with high oxygen percentage. In addition, Some reasonable advices were given and they would be beneficial for more saving energy enhance of oxidation period of rotary anode furnace in copper refining.
