《道德经》是我国古代独树一帜的管理哲学著作。本文探讨了书中的"道法自然"、"无为而治"、"柔弱胜刚强"、"知人善任"等管理思想对工程项目管理创新的启示:"道法自然"就是要善于把握工程项目管理实践中的基本规律,根据实际情况和变化来实施管理;工程项目管理过程要采取顺应自然、灵活的管理机制,将"无为而治"作为最高管理原则;管理者具有包容性,善于以柔克刚地处人待事,就可以"柔弱胜刚强";"知人善任"则启示管理者应建立合理的激励机制,充分发挥人力资源的作用,以提高管理效能。

The Dao De Jin is a unique ancient literature of management philosophy in China. The management ideas of “Learn from the nature”, “Governance without unwanted action”, “and”Appreciate person and make him competent' etc and their enlightenment to the innovation of construction project management are discussed in this paper. It is instructive that the basic rules in practice of construction project management should be understood and management should be carried out according to the actual situation and changes, a nature-oriented and vivid management mechanism should be applied, a manager with open heart, could make the accomplishment of “Softness defeat stiffness”,and reasonable motivating mechanism should be built to make good use of the resources and improve the efficiency of management.
