摘要
探讨激光熔覆成形技术直接制造砂型铸造用金属模具的问题.通过分析砂型铸造用金属模具无悬臂结构、有拔模斜度、采用圆弧过渡等结构特点,论证了激光熔覆成形技术适用于这种模具的制造,能降低模具制造成本、缩短工期;提出了在应用中进一步轻量化、低耗化的对策,并指出随着激光熔覆成形技术的发展,砂型铸造金属模具的轻量化、低耗化将逐步实现.
The direct shaping of metallic patterns for sand mould by laser cladding were discussed. The direct shaping by laser cladding is a rapid manufacturing (RM) process. Its fundamental principle and characteristics were introduced. Based on the structure analysis of metallic patterns for sand mould, it was demonstrated that this RM technology would make great contributions to the fabrication of metallic patterns. In practice,in order to acquire lightweight products and decrease consumption in the procedure, the corresponding feasible measures were put forward to improve the process of laser cladding. It was also indicated that lightweight patterns would be accessed to low-consumption procedures with the development of laser direct shaping technology.
