摘要
人们在探索新的有效抗癌药物时,发现了一些Schiff碱及其和某些金属生成的配合物具有抗癌作用。为研究此类配合物的抗癌作用和结构的关系,我们合成了一系列Schiff碱类配合物。 本文合成了Cu(Ⅱ)与N(2-羟基乙基)水杨醛亚胺配合物,培养出了单晶,通过X射线单晶衍射确定了配合物的晶体和分子结构,并对其热分解过程进行了初步探讨。
The complex of Cu(II ) with N(2-hydroxyethyl) salicyldimino Cu(OC6H4CHNCH2-CH2OH)2 was perpared. Its structure was determined by means of four-cycle diffractometer. It was found that the crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with group P21, and the unit ceil parameters are: a=18.302A, b = 4.806A, c= 19.781 A, β=98.87°, V= 1718A3, Z=4, Mr=391.9, Dc= 1.52g/cm3, F(000) = 820. The structure was solved by direct method and the final R = 0.076. The process of its thermal decomposition was investigated by means of DTA and TG techniques.
