摘要 讨论了机械设备技术状态评估的作用和技术状态评估方法的现状 ,以某汽轮给水泵机组这一舰用蒸汽动力装置的关键设备为对象 ,讨论了其结构完整性定义 ,并提出了从结构偏差上综合评估其技术状态的方法与实用模型 。 In this paper,the importance of technical condition evalu ation of warsh ip equipment and the actualities of existing methods for the evaluation are disc ussed.Also,a turbine driven condensation feed water pump unit,that is a criti cal apparatus in a steam power propelled ship,is taken as an example,the definit ion of structural integrity is discussed,and a method and its practical model fo r synthetically evaluating technical condition in the aspect of structural error s are put forward.The model may be helpful to establish models of the same kind of similar equipment.
