不同针灸疗法对颈椎椎间盘退变模型大鼠bFGFmRNA表达的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的 观察不同针灸疗法对颈椎椎间盘退变模型大鼠的 b F GF m RNA表达含量的影响。方法 采用切除大鼠颈部肌群建立颈椎椎间盘退变动物模型 ,以 RT-PCR法检测 60只大鼠椎间盘组织经电针、温灸、穴位注射后对 b FGFm RN A表达影响 ,并与芬必得对照。结果 模型组与正常组之间存在非常显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,与电针组、温灸组、穴注组之间有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 针灸疗法对颈椎病有确切疗效可能与通过有效抑制椎间盘组织 b FGFm Objective To observe the influence of different acumoxi therapies on the content of bFGFmRNA expression in rats with cervical intervertebral disc degeneration. Methods Animal models with cervical intervertebral disc degeneration were created by removing neck muscle group of rats, and the influence of electro acupuncture, warm moxibustion and acupoint injection over bFGFmRNA expression in the intervertebral disc tissues of 60 rats was determined with RT PCR method, neanwhile a control group treated with Fenbid(Ibuprofen) was set up. Results There's very significant different between the model group and normal group( P <0.01), and significant differences were found compared with the electro acupuncture group, warm moxibustion group and acupoint injection group( P <0.05). Conclusion The definite therapeutic effect of acumoxi therapies on cervical spondylopathy may be related to the effective inhibition on the bFGFmRNA expression of the intervertebral disc tissues.
