电针对术后使用硬膜外镇痛泵胃肠蠕动的观察

Influence of Electro-acupuncture over Gastrointestinal Peristalsis in Postoperative Epidural Anaesthesia Pump

目的 为观察电针对术后使用硬膜外镇痛泵患者胃肠蠕动的影响。方法 随机选择 80例下肢手术患者 ,分成单纯硬膜外镇痛泵组 ( 组 )和电针复合硬膜外镇痛泵组 ( 组 )。在术后监测患者排气排便情况。结果 组患者胃肠蠕动恢复明显改善 ,排气排便时间明显提高。结论 电针能显著促进胃肠蠕动 。

Objective To observe the influence of electro acupuncture over gastrointestinal peristalsis in postoperative patients applied with epidural anaesthesia pump. Methods 80 patients having lower limb surgery were randomly selected and divided into simple epidural anaesthesia pump group(Group Ⅰ) and electroacupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36), Shangjuxu(ST 37) and Xiajuxu(ST 39) plus epidural anaesthesia pump group(Group Ⅱ). Their passing air and bowel movements were monitored after surgery. Results In patients of Group Ⅱ, gastrointestinal peristalsis was improved significantly, and the time of gas passing and bowel movement were brought forwarded obviously. Conclusion Electro acupuncture could obviously promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, and effectively relieve the side effect of flatus caused by analgesia pump.
