关于针灸治疗佐剂性关节炎实验研究文献评述(Ⅰ)

A Review on Experimental Research iiterature Regarding Treating Adjuvant Arthritis with Acupuncture and Moxibustiong (Ⅰ)

该文对 1949年至 2 0 0 2年 6月的佐剂性关节炎实验研究文献进行了复习 ,就文献出处的年代、杂志分布情况、实验目的、选用动物及造模情况、所用治疗方法等方面作了检索、统计及综合评述。结果显示 ,该类文献以 1988年至 1990年、1995年至现在发表数量最多 ,多发表于中医类期刊上 ;针灸治疗佐剂性关节炎疗效明确 ;所用动物多数为大鼠 ,治疗方法多采用电针 ,但有临床价值的研究不多 ,综合疗法治疗该病的基础研究少 。

This article went over the literature regarding experimental research on adjuvant arthritis from 1949 to June, 2000, and searches, statistical treatments and comprehensive reviews were conducted on literature sources, distribution in journals, experiment objectives, animals selected, model development, and treatment used etc.. The results showed that the quantity of literature published was the most in the periods of 1988 to 1990 and 1995 to present, and most of them were published in TCM journals; the therapeutic effect of treating adjuvant arthritis with acupuncture and moxibustion was definite; the animal used was usually the rat, and treatment by electro acupuncture was often selected, but there're not many researches having clinical significance and fundamental research on treating this disease with comprehensive therapy, besides, arthritis models developed according to TCM differentiation was lacking.
