摘要
介绍了我国城市水污染的现状及其危害情况。提出了城市污水处理发展和建设面临的各种问题。如资金投入问题、标准制定问题、排水管网与污水处理厂的关系等。论述了城市排水管网建设与发展应遵循的原则。遵循分期建设以近为主、远近期相结合的原则 ,使污染得到控制。
The paper introduced the present situation of urban sewage and its hazard;put forward the development of urban sewage disposal and some problems which were capital investment,standards establishment and relationship between pipe net and sewage treatment plant;discussed upon the construction and development principle of water pipe net.Following the principles that construct by stages,give first place to short term and combine with long term and short term,the pollution would be controlled.
