通过对猎豹越野轿车制动器支承座挡板的工艺分析,介绍了制动器支承座挡板的冲压成形排样方式的选择、关键冲压工艺的特点和模具结构设计及设计要点。指出了设计中应注意的问题,并提出了具体预防措施和解决办法,提高了产品质量和工作效率,降低了制造成本。
By analyzing the technology of brake baffle of Checrah go-anywhere car, its layout in stamping was introduced. Its characteristic and main design points were also introduced. Some problems were pointed out. The specific measures and methods were put forward. All these could improve products quality and reduce cost.
