类缺血皮质神经元对小鼠外源性神经干细胞增殖作用的影响

Effects of cortical neurons pre treated by ischemic like conditions on proliferation of extrinsic mouse neural stem cells

目的 :研究类缺血损伤的皮质神经元对外源性神经干细胞增殖的影响作用 .方法 :类缺血处理后的小鼠皮质神经细胞与同种异体神经干细胞共培养 ,通过MTT法观察干细胞增殖情况 .结果 :经与类缺血处理的神经细胞共培养的神经干细胞在 2～ 3wk内的增殖速度明显高于各对照组 .结论

AIM: To investigate the effects of cortical neurons pre treated in ischemic like condition on extrinsic neural stem cells' proliferation. METHODS: The cortical neurons pretreated under ischemic like condition were co cultured with neural stem cells and the number of survived neural stem cells was detected by MTT assay. RESULTS: Compared with the two control groups, the neural stem cells co cultured with ischemic condition treated neurons had an accelerated proliferative speed and a higher vitality in 2 3 weeks. CONCLUSION: Cortical neuronal cells injured in ischemic like conditions can significantly promote the co cultured neural stem cells proliferation.
