摘要
目的 :研究基质金属蛋白酶 2和基质金属蛋白酶 9(matrixmetalloproteinase ,MMP 2 ,MMP 9)及其特异性抑制剂金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂 1和金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂 2 (tissuein hibitorofmetalloproteinase,TIMP 1,TIMP 2 )在脑膜瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤脑浸润 ,病理性质的关系 .方法 :用原位杂交法检测 4 5例脑膜瘤组织中MMP 2 ,MMP 9mRNA的表达 ;用免疫组化检测MMP 2 ,MMP 9,TIMP 1和TIMP 2蛋白的表达 .结果 :有脑浸润的脑膜瘤MMP 2 ,MMP 9的表达阳性率较无脑浸润的脑膜瘤明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;非典型性及恶性脑膜瘤较良性脑膜瘤高表达MMP 2 ,MMP 9(P <0 .0 5 ) ;TIMP 1,TIMP 2的表达在各肿瘤中差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :MMP 2 ,MMP 9,TIMP 1和TIMP 2对脑膜瘤的脑浸润有重要影响 .
AIM: To investigate the relationship between expression of MMP 2, MMP 9, TIMP 1, TIMP 2 in meningiomas and their brain invision. METHODS: The protein expression of MMP 2, MMP 9, TIMP 1, TIMP 2 was detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA expression of MMP 2, MMP 9 was detected by in situ hybridization in 45 patients with meningiomas. RESULTS: The positive rates of the expression of MMP 2, MMP 9 were 90.0%(9/10), 90.0%(9/10)in brain invasive group and 40.0%(14/35), 42.9%(15/35) in non brain invasive group respectively, and the positive rates of the expression of MMP 2, MMP 9 were significantly higher in brain invasive,atypical, malignant tumors than that of non brain invasive,benign tumors ( P <0.05). The expr ession levels of TIMP 1, TIMP 2 were no significantly different in all tumors ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of MMP 2, MMP 9, TIMP 1, TIMP 2 are critical to brain invasive of meningiomas.
