摘要 肽抗生素是由生物体基因编码的肽类物质 ,广泛存在于自然界中 ,是生物体非特异性免疫的重要组成部分 ,具有抗菌活性强、抗菌谱广、不易产生耐药性等优点。在未来抗感染治疗中有广阔的应用前景。肽抗生素的制备是制约其开发应用的关键环节。作者对肽抗生素工程制备的有关进展进行综述 ,包括酵母、杆状病毒、大肠杆菌等表达技术在肽抗生素制备中的应用 ,以及转基因动。 As one of important components of most living organisms innate defense against bacteria and fungi infection, the gene encoded peptide antibiotics possess lots of biological characters such as strong bactericidal activity, broad antimicrobial spectrum, uneasy developing of drug resistance which offer them a great promising in future anti infection application. The preparation of peptide antibiotics is the key in its developing and clinical application process. The genetic engineering procedures, including Yeast, Baculovirus, Escherichia coli expression systems, transgeneic animals and plants, are the most important way in preparation of peptide antibiotics in large scale.
