摘要
采用数字图像处理技术和工具对泡沫铝微结构的数字图像进行处理 ,以找出泡沫铝的主要微结构参数的统计分布规律 ,进而从微结构的角度推断泡沫铝的宏观性能 ,以期为制备工艺的改进和材料与结构的优化设计提供有益的参考 .本研究得出了泡沫铝孔径、孔隙率的统计分布规律 .研究表明 ,数字图像分析有助于从微结构的角度推断泡沫铝的宏观性能 ,同时也是进行数值模拟计算的必要准备 .
Digital images of foamed aluminium's microstructu r e were processed using digital image processing technology and software in order to obtain the statistical distribution feature of the main microstructure param eters of foamed aluminium, thus predicting the macro-behaviors of foamed alumin ium from its microstructure so as to provide a helpful reference for the improve ment of the fabrication technique and the optimized design of foamed aluminium s tructure. The statistical distributions of the parameters of foamed aluminium, s uch as aperture and porosity, were obtained. The study shows that digital image analysis helps to predict the macro-behavior of foamed aluminium from its micro structure, and is essential for the numerical simulation of foamed aluminium. At last, three-dimension digital image analysis of the foamed aluminium's micros tructure was prospected.
