摘要
针对国内由于缺管理想的深冷处理装置 ,深冷处理技术仅局限于实验室研究 ,未能在工业领域推广应用的现状 ,本研究采用抗积分饱和、积分分离的比例 -积分 -微分(PID)算法 ,并以VC ++6 .0为开发工具 ,以Windows作为软件的操作平台 ,设计了一套小 0 5℃ 。
Aiming at the problem that cryogenic treatment te ch nique is only limited its use in lab without further application in industry be cause of the lack of perfect cryogenic processor in our country, a cryogenic tre atment system controlled by computers was set up, in which an anti-integral-satu rated and antiintegral-separated PID algorithm was adopted, VC++6.0 was used as the development tool and Windows as the operation platform. The results show tha t the system proposed here is a well-running system with an excellent anti-jammi ng ability and little temperature errow, less than 0.5℃.
