丁字形焊接接头疲劳强度的预测

摘要 以焊接结构常用的丁字形接头为例 ,采用有限元数值模拟研究方法 ,分析了SS40 0超细晶粒钢焊接接头未焊透对疲劳寿命和疲劳强度的影响。结果表明 ,未焊透的存在和未焊透尺寸增大 ,会加速疲劳裂纹的扩展 ,降低接头的疲劳强度。 In the present study effect of incomplete penetration on the fatigue lifetime and fatigue strength has been investigated for T type welded joint with ultra fine grained steel SS400 using finite element analysis.The results indicate that lake of penetration and increase in the size of the incomplete penetration will enhance crack propagation and decrease fatigue strength of the joint. The model used in the present study may quantitatively predict fatigue grade of welded joints.
