小口径钢管全位置脉冲TIG焊的成形控制及组织调控 被引量:15

摘要 采用德国ORBIMATIC管 -管自动焊机对小口径薄壁钢管环缝在全位置对接焊时的成形控制和组织调控进行了研究。结果表明小口径薄壁钢管环缝的全位置对接焊分两步走较好 ,第一步控制成形 ,运用全位置脉冲TIG焊及单面焊双面成形技术 ,通过在各分段区间合理选择焊接工艺参数 ,获得内外成形美观的焊接接头 ;第二步进行组织调控 ,在第一步完成后 ,用适当电流电弧对焊缝进行回烧、热处理 ,有效地消除焊缝组织中的柱状晶 ,细化晶粒。综合以上两步 ,可获得成形美观、组织均匀的焊接接头。同时探讨了一些主要工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响 ,并通过优化试验 。 Through the research of forming & adjustment as the circumference length connection weld for small diameter thin wall pipe applying the ORBIMATIC pipe pipe automatic weld machine made in German,the results indicate that it is better to divided the full circumference length connection weld process for small diameter thin wall pipe into two steps:first is the control and forming.This process will apply full circumference length pulse weld and technology of double side forming and single side weld to get the inside and outside perfect weld face through reasonable weld process parameter chosen in each parts.Second is adjustment.After finished the first step,to smooth the column crystal and fine the grain in the weld seam structure through weld seam heat treatment in suitable current and arc.The perfect connection weld face will be attained after these two steps.Meanwhile it also discusses some main parameter affecting weld seam forming and determines the location of arc start through the experiments.
