摘要
通过对10名游泳组受试者和10名不运动组受试者进行比较,结果发现两组最大吸氧量有显著性差异,但去脂体重却无显著性差异。游泳组的中性脂肪、总胆固醇浓度以及动脉硬化指数,在两组之间均没有显著性差异。结果显示,对于闭经后中老年女性采用长期有计划的游泳训练,对于提高有氧能力是有效的,但并不能充分改善其血脂和胆固醇的浓度。
Compare with swimming group and contrast group which each group contains ten quizzees, the result shows there was significant difference in maximum of oxygenation but no big difference in Liposculpturing weight, neutral fatty, cholesterol and Atherosclerosis index between both groups. The result shows it is effective to improve aerobics ability for middle and old after amenorrhea if adopting long planned aerobics training, but it cannot improve blood fat and cholesterol.
